Viv Gee

Viv has performed stand-up comedy from San Francisco to Bangkok and has compered many big events including T in the Park and Glasgow’s New Year Celebrations. She was also a finalist in Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny and he BBC open Mic Final.

Viv has also been teaching stand-up comedy for the past 20 years. Past alumni include Mark Nelson, Susie McCabe, and Des Clarke In 2014 she was the recipient of the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Comedy at the inaugural Scottish Comedy Awards.

TV and Radio appearances include The Comedy Underground, Lorraine Kelly’s Make Me Happier STV, Stake Out, Hedz, River City, Revolver, The Key, Velvet Soup, Fred Macaulay Show, Cover Stories, Comedy Café, Velvet Cabaret and The Gates, a six part sketch show which she co wrote and performed on. She also had one of her poems embedded into stone at Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow.
